How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Aqui's shoes & stuff (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

it has a strong smell(like a charcoal burning plant).... otherwise excellent product!
I'm size 6 . so I ordered size 6.5. I got a size 7. But it fit great. the boot is a little higher than I thought. which is great. I can't wear high heel. But I find these boot very comfortable to wear and walk. For a short outing should be good. I don't know about walking all day in it. I haven't try.

Already ordered in black, and they are beautiful, that's why I ordered in red, doing 38, I took 39 and size very well; I would have put 5 stars, but just for the red color that is darker than the photo, it goes more towards bordeaux red.

Boots are very very mediocre quality. Of course, if you are used to wear quality shoes, then definitely do not advise. The sock is as if made of cardboard, when you wind up, you cling a little and sound such as cardboard or very thin plastic. I hope they do not get rid of street moisture. Let's see. In size, I was afraid not to fall, but everything turned out to be OK and they perfectly fit my 37. If you look from above, then look very much even nothing like that. To say that I love them is an understatement. The boots are absolutely divine, they weren't very well-constructed. The material is not cheap. There a bit longer than I thought and the heel is nice Ok comfortable. Definitely something I could wear all day, without feeling uncomfortable. I should have bought both of them at the same time. But I was too nervous. So I just got the black, but I'm definitely going to order the brown. And I might just order the grey, LOL. Thank you to the store.

Boots came, the goods are happy, ordered for a photo shoot, for cosplay. For such a cost, having read reviews, the best quality was not expected. Boots made of fabric similar to velvet or suede, the fabric stretches a little, so it sits well on the leg. The sole is thin, not for our Russian weather, not for walking in puddles. Inside as a shoe for hardness is most likely cardboard. Boots on the full leg, I even a little too big in width. Inside around the leg lace, behind tied, for better fixation on the leg. Boots came up, the shoe is comfortable (for me), the only discrepancy with the description is that in the photo showing the goods and in the description on the boots there is no lightning, and I was sent boots with lightning in the area of the shchipochka. This is certainly convenient, but the Lightning is not sewn very neatly, I am ready for its strength.
