How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Aqui's shoes & stuff (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

2 weeks to Moscow. Packed in a large inflatable bag + pollen. Came in perfect condition. Girls, bots will come!!! Light, insanely comfortable! The leg is not rubbed. Heel is not felt at all, all the parameters correspond to the description. Fittings are working, the skin is not felt. I'll see how the hiking and weather stand. At its Russian 37 size (24 cm) took 7 according to the store's table. Perfectly Fit, does not press, does not press. You can even on a cotton sock. I think 7 size will fit on our 37,5 I'm straight in a wild delight, and even for such a price. In our stores, similar are about 6-7 thousand. Recommend!!!

I have a 38' 5 and I ordered a 39, something small comes, but the model is equal to the photo, I ordered it in confinement and it took about a month, but I'm delighted.

Super fast shipping and same as in the photo. That I have relied on other comments and I use a 37 and that I took what would be a 39 same a large pelin but so it does not squeeze from the sides better put some templates in it.

Отличные красивые ботинки или туфли, кто как назовет. У меня 38 р-р ноги, то есть 24,5 см по стельке. Тут люди писали, что 8 р-р на 38 р-р русский впритык, хотела заказать на размер больше, но вовремя опомнилась, потому что в длину они мне свободно, в ширину, там, где косточка большого пальца, впритык, чтоб вы понимали ширина стопы у меня 9,5 см, а объем 22,5. А еще у меня плоскостопие и растет косточка у большого пальца (на фото видно), но ходить в них нормально, правда потребовалось несколько дней, чтобы привыкнуть к ним. Каблук действительно удобный, высокий, но высота его чувствуется меньше, чем в других туфлях и ноги устают меньше, чем в других туфлях. В общем и целом так. Если идти по ровной дороге и не спеша, то просто сказочно хорошо, если же торопиться, да по каким нибудь разбитым тротуарам, то такое себе. Буду ли я их носить? Конечно буду, они офигенные!
boots are exactly as pictured. they are light weight also and the sizing guide is spot on. my foot size is 250mm and I bought the shoes that fit in that foot size range and they fit perfectly. the sole is not plastic, or rubber really but some light weight material that also has a wood grain texture to it which you can't see unless you're up super close. I'm not sure how quickly the sole will get worn down but I imagine with occassional use they should past a good while. the boot is made well, the zippers work very well it didn't snag or get stuck like some shoes have. the pull on the zipper is fancy and curved so it's easy to grab and doesn't cause pressure on the finger like some other pull tabs that are straight. over all these shoes are amazing, super sexy and can be worn all night because they aren't heavy. will order from this store again, seller shipped quickly and with e-packet shoe took two weeks to get to the U.S. (even during this pandemic going on right now)

Awesome shoes, like in the photo. The sole is really dense and light, stable. Sewn well, the only thing that the straps at the back are not processed at the edges, as well as curvously sewn together, but it is not noticeable. Never wore such high shoes, so you need to get used to it first. The measurements of the platform and heel are correct, re-measured them with a ruler. My height is 180 cm, so I'm a racist now, but I do not regret anything XD I will buy in this store yet!
